1. Ingredients:
  • 200 g of strawberries (remove the hull and cut into cubes)
  • One large mango (peel, deseeded, and cut into cubes)
  • Juice half a lemon
  • Three ripe bananas (peeled and diced)
  • 200 g of condensed milk
  • 600 ml of double cream
  • Four small kiwis (peeled and cut into cubes)
  • You can add any fruit you like other than mango, strawberries, and kiwi.
2. Directions:

Gather all fruits, and wash them under fresh water. Make sure you remove any dirt on them. After that, check the fruits and cut any spoiled or rotten parts.

3. Make a puree of fruits:

After cleaning the fruits, you need to make a puree of them. To make the puree, take a high-quality blender. Add the hulled strawberries to the blender and blend. You have to keep mixing until they become smooth. Pour the puree into a container.

Now you need to make a puree of mango. Take a food processor and add mango slices to it. Blend the mango slices and pour the puree into a separate bowl.

The last puree you need to make is banana. Add the banana pieces and lemon juice into a food processor and blend it. Pour the banana puree into a separate bowl.

4. Beat the condensed milk and cream:

After making the puree, pour the condensed milk and cream into a large container. Beat the condensed milk with the help of an electric whisk. You have to make the condensed milk stiff and thick. It will require two to three minutes. After making the mixture, pour them into the three containers of fruit puree. Make sure you divide equal condensed milk and cream mixture into three bowls. Now place the container in the freezer. Make sure your container is freezer-safe. Freeze the mixture until it becomes hardened.

5. Make a puree of kiwi:

After that, you need to mash or make a puree of kiwi. At first, take out the seeds from the kiwi. Now, take a food processor and add kiwi to it. Start the food processor and make a puree of the kiwi. Keep the puree to the side for topping onto the ice cream scoops.

6. Serve the ice cream:

Now, fetch out the ice cream container after they become solid. Scoop ice cream in an ice cream cup and top it with kiwi sauce. You can also sprinkle some chopped fruits over the scoops of ice cream.
