Alzheimer’s is a neurodegenerative disease that causes memory loss and a slow decline in the thinking and reasoning skills of a person. Senior people above the age of 65 are mostly affected by this disease and it is the cause of 60-70% of dementia (a mental disorder that affects the ability to think, remember and behave normally).
