A working organisation is a mix of people and human resources. This means that the working styles, practices and expectation of each person differ from one another. Some people make it an ethical rule to not take leaves without any nagging need and others think of it as their right to be able to take a leave from work as an when it is needed. Bad blood and disputes among employees may also be avoided if there is a proper system that shows the right number of leaves taken and may be used as a proof in the case of a dispute. The responsibility of work may be equally distributed among workers with the help of a leave management software and it may be ensured that no employee shirks responsibility, overburdening the others doing similar tasks. Handling and managing employees is a major responsibility and when the use of technology is established in the working system, the work not only becomes easier to handle but also gives better results as compared to manual and conventionally followed systems.
