5 Unmissable Summer Events in London

Wimbledon

This year from June 29 – July 12, Wimbledon takes place in the All England Club in Wimbledon, in the Southwest of London. There's nothing quite so much fun as a street party in Notting Hill! Open Squares

If you're in the capital on the weekend of June 13 - 14th, you're in for a treat; more than 200 of the inner city gardens and squares (which are usually closed to the public) will open their gates for a weekend. It’s a great way to get to see a bit of the city that most people never will.

Naked Bike Riding

If you want to do something good for the environment, unusual, and quite daring, then plan your trip to coincide with the great naked bike ride on June 16th). Think of the races where kids build soapboxes and race them down a hill; now think of that on steroids and you have an idea of what to expect! Get there early to set up in prime viewing spot where the 70 teams will contend for this year’s title.
