Most of the peoples are heard about SEO (Search engine optimization) and Google ad words. While coming to business, you need a strong digital marketing strategy to stand out from the crowd. I know there are so many business owners are confused to choose Google ad words and search engine optimization for their business. So I can share my point of view about ad words and SEO hope it will clear your confusion.

What is SEO how does that happen?

SEO is a long-term strategy including both on-site and off-site factors to improve your website ranking also well organically to attract targeted visitors. When a user types a search query in the search box, Google does an inventory of all of the web pages it has on file. It looks for the websites that have the most relevant information and presents those to the user. SEO is free in so far as there’s no charge each time a person clicks on your organic listing from Google search results, but it does need long time and effort, and more than a little knowledge of current SEO practices to get good ranking results.

What is a Google ad word how does that happen?

Google ad word is also known as pay per click (PPC) advertising. They are the paid advertisement you see at the very top of search result pages and in the right-hand column. Ad Words is a paid service – how much you pay Google depends largely on the competitiveness of the keywords you’re bidding on and your budget really. If a user clicks on your ad, you will pay Google for that click.

So what is the difference between SEO and Google Ad words?

SEO typically takes a longer time to start showing results. There are no guarantees that Google will show your site in organic listings, but when it happened, the resulting clicks are free.

Successful SEO needs continued attention and management, whether you’re managing it yourself or paying for a managed service.

It takes at least 3 or 4 months to rank well for new keywords using SEO based on your competition.

Nothing's free with Google Ad words, but results are so fast and when your ad campaign is properly set up and managed, you’re more-or-less guaranteed to have some visibility in search results.

If you are ready to play the long game, a successful SEO campaign can be a great investment, giving you effective visibility in search results for a fraction of the cost of Ad Words.

If we are doing SEO in the improper way it will negatively affect on your website.

Google Ad Words can be switched on and off according to your needs and budget.

Ad Words permits you to show ads quickly in response to new trends in the marketplace.

Google Ad Words can become expensive if you’re in a very competitive marketplace, where each paid click eats into your profit margins. It’s even more important to monitor your Ad Words ROI(Return over investment) if you sell lower value products.

The options available in Google Ad Words can be quite complex. If your campaigns are not set up and managed expertly, you can spend more than you need to for each click.

Getting your Ad Words campaign optimized for best performance might also require some improvement to your web pages. The time invested in this can be similar to that required for organic SEO the results of which are free clicks.

Should I do Ad Words or SEO?

My opinion is you can choose both because ad words can use full for new websites for their brand visibility. The best thing is you can choose SEO to boost your organic rankings and improve your website, overall and use Google Ad words to help boost traffic and more competitive keywords.
