CHECKLIST FOR Tourist Visa – Turkey

Passport: Original passport with minimum 6 months validity from the time of travel and minimum 2 empty pages for the visa.

Visa Application Form: Fully completed and signed visa application form. (empty/blank fields may be cause for invalid application).

Photographs: 2 latest passport type 35mm x 45mm sized colour photos with white background.

Covering Letter (Original): Addressing to the Consular Officer, applicant details, the purpose of visit, duration of visit and assurance for return within visa validity.

Employment Letter (Original): from the company in India with clear company details, applicant details, from how long he/she is working, a period of leave approved with Manager/HR seal & signature. and assurance applicant will back to work immediately after this trip.

Proof of Sufficient Funds: Latest applicant's original bank statement with sign and seal of the bank on every page or a sponsorship letter from the financial sponsor with sponsor's bank statement and ID/passport copy and with sufficient balance of more than 1 Lac rupees.

Last 3 months salary slips.

Tour Itinerary.

Proof of Accommodation: Copy of hotel booking with applicant name or a letter from the host with host's ID/passport copy.

Ticket Itinerary (Both way flight tickets): Copy of return flight tickets with applicant name.If applying in a group, please highlight applicant name.

Photocopy: 2 Photocopy of the passport first and last page and Turkey visa copies if any.

For Minor: If Children travelling then NOC from parents is required on stamp papers with passport copies of the Parents.

In case of multiple entry visas additional document required is:

Invitation Letter: From the host of the Turkey country with clear details and ensure of accommodation during the stay of the applicant. Along with host passport/ID copy.

Recommendation/Registration letter from relevant chamber of commerce.

Important Notes:
