Modi-Obama meet: US to help India develop three smart cities

The successful and satisfactory visit to US by Prime Minister Narendra Modi has come up with a great deal to help India to develop three smart cities - Allahabad, Ajmer and Visakhapatnam. Apart from this, provide clean water and sewage facilities in 500 cities in the country. This deal will surely help the Indian government’s plan of developing 100 smart cities and in this regards a large amount of Rs. 7,060 crore was proposed in the Union Budget.

Sewage treatment plant (STP) helps in removing contaminants from waste water and household sewage, both runoff (effluents) and domestic. It includes physical, chemical, and biological processes to remove physical, chemical and biological contaminants. Its objective is to produce an environmentally safe fluid waste stream (or treated effluent) and a solid waste (or treated sludge) suitable for disposal or reuse (usually as farm fertilizer). A Waste Water Treatment Plant removes contaminants from wastewater, household sewage and industrial wastewater. Our Effective Waste Water Treatment Plant remove all types of contaminants (physical, chemical, and biological). Its objective is to remove all the contaminants in an environmentally-safe manner. Sewage is generated by residential, institutional, and commercial and industrial establishments. It includes household waste liquid from toilets, baths, showers, kitchens, sinks and so forth that is disposed of via sewers. In many areas, sewage also includes liquid waste from industry and commerce. The separation and draining of household waste into grey water and black water is becoming more common in the developed world, with grey water being permitted to be used for watering plants or recycled for flushing toilets. Sewage is the subset of waste water that is contaminated with feces or urine, but is often used to mean any waste water. Sewage includes domestic, municipal, or industrial liquid waste products disposed of, usually via a pipe or sewer (sanitary or combined), sometimes in a cesspool emptier. Waste water Treatment plants are used to make water reusable by eradicating dissolved impurities present in it.
